The Council of Internal Medicine in its session no (302) that was held on Sunday, 5\01\2014 has approved the submitted request of Physician\Tamer Hassan Taha Hassan about registering his thesis under supervision of the following committee; Prof.Dr. Attef Ahmed Ibrahim, Prof.Dr. Roshdy Mohamed Khalaf and Prof.Dr. Samir Abd Allah El Sharqawy.

     Benha University participated in Ray of Hope Project for Egypt's universities students in Luxor and Aswan by participation of 22 Egyptian universities and institutes of the Ministry of Higher Education in the duration from 30/01/2014 to 06/02/2014. A meeting has been held between the Managers of Information Technology “IT” Units and Prof. Dr. Ghazy M.R. Assassa, the University Chief Information Officer “CIO” to discuss the action plan during the coming duration until the end of June 2014.

The Discussion includes:

1) Making a plan to increase the number domains which refer to the domain of the University and its Faculties.

(2 Creating a page for domains registration at the level of the faculty.

(3  Holding partnerships between each two faculties to activate domains.

(4 Discussing the possibility of creating an assistant program for domains.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Aziza, the manager of IT at the faculty of nursing will review the practice of increasing domains in the next meeting.

      In the frame of AUC contribution to provide the highest levels of university education in many academic and research fields and disciplines, GAPP Executive Education announces for the Transforming Public Service program which aims to contribute in creating a citizen-responsive government and encouraging communication, accountability and transparency by opening channels of communication with government officials, civil society and the media. The program is composed of three modules focused on leadership for change, public policy reform and youth. The content of each module may vary slightly according to current challenges and needs. The program will be delivered in English.

     It has been approved to extend participation at the competition of best site on the level of the University for the Faculty Members and their assistants till the first of February 2014 in order to raise chances of participation. Faculties' deans, the Faculty members' and teams which have most contribution at improving the world classification of the University will be honored according to the evaluation at the first of February.
